Brand Marketers Inc. is a professional event staffing and brand representation agency operating in North America. We provide event staff, trade show professionals, brand ambassadors, sampling teams, and experiential marketing personnel to brands for live activations, trade shows, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to our website, all clients who engage our staffing services, and all individuals who apply to join our talent network. Separate agreements, service contracts, and talent agreements may apply to specific engagements and will supplement these terms.

2. Use of This Website

Brand Ambassadors reserves the right to decline any request for services at our discretion.

4. Talent Network and Staff Applications

Individuals who apply to join the Brand Ambassadors talent network through our StaffConnect platform do so subject to the terms of the StaffConnect registration agreement and any applicable talent agreements. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement or employment.

Brand Ambassadors acts as a staffing intermediary. The nature of the working relationship between Brand Ambassadors, its talent, and its clients — including classification as employee or independent contractor — is defined in the applicable talent agreement for each engagement.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions establishes an employment relationship. All talent are required to maintain professional standards, comply with client brand guidelines, and adhere to the code of conduct outlined in their talent agreements. Brand Ambassadors reserves the right to remove any individual from our talent network at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Brand Marketers, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
